For me, it's all just about keeping your hand in, so to speak. And getting some 'adult' thinking time. Plus I love where I work and the people I work with, so I'd be mad if I didn't stay on in some capacity.
Thankfully I have some options which don't involve me missing out on my daughter. Hopefully I'll be able to continue on in a casual/part time capacity, mainly for a few hours late arvo to early evening. Should be interesting to see how that goes. However, I've just seen the work load and it's going to be a hard slog to get back into the game just doing casual work!
